Keum Sook Park, French pastry chef extraordinaire has a passion for chocolate. "I like making anything chocolate: cakes, tarts, decorations," she says. Originally from Korea, Park always cooked with her mom, but it wasn't until she came to the United States ten years ago where she found her affinity for all things sweet. "In Korea, they don't eat a lot of pastries," says Park. "They eat fruit and drink tea."
